The Volunteer Friendly Award

We involve volunteers because they are motivated, have fun helping and tell us it lets them give something back to the community. Volunteers are crucial to Brae.

It is great to announce that the Black Watch Castle and Museum in Perth continue to demonstrate their commitment to involving volunteers to the standard of Volunteer Friendly Award. They first achieved the accolade 3 years ago.

"The Volunteer Friendly Award has provided a framework to help us design rewarding and quality experiences for our volunteers"  Chief Executive Ann Kinnes, Black Watch Castle & Museum.

Black Watch Museum was supported by Lidia Dye, Development Officer, Perth & Kinross Voluntary Action to achieve the award.
