This Privacy Statement sets out the policy adopted by Volunteer Friendly Award towards the collection and use of information obtained from those visiting and using this site. When completing a Contact Information Form we obtain the following personal information: name, address, postcode, telephone number and e-mail address from you. This information will not be stored by us but will be used to answer your enquiry. If you complete a contact form for another area across Scotland the information you give will go direct to the area you are contacting and processed by that organisation.

The information will not be not be made available for sale, and shall not be shared with third parties except where:-
